Tim Neal is your Wayne County Clerk of Courts. He is well qualified to hold this position with his many years of experience in management, public service and accounting as a former employee with the City of Orrville and the Orrville Utilities.

 Tim is a graduate of Marshall University with a BBA in Accounting. He resides in Shreve with his wife Jayne and their three daughters, Megan, Cassandra and Sabrina. Tim is a member of the Wayne County Republican Executive Committee and is the Treasurer for West Hill Baptist Church in Wooster where he and his family participate in various music and other ministries. The Neal family is active in 4-H and involved with the Shreve Business & Community Association, the Wooster Chamber of Commerce and many other organizations and activities around the county.

 As the Clerk of Courts, Tim pledges to diligently serve the public interests to the best of his ability by staffing and managing the Clerk of Courts and Title offices with dedicated employees while stringently controlling expenditures within the annual operating budget.

 Tim’s experience and desire to serve, combined with his patriotism and sense of duty, have compelled him to run for re-election to this office and he greatly desires your support in this endeavor.
